Well, nothing is ever a certainty, but I would not think so. I don’t know the details of the rights agreement, but typically there’s a reversion date built in if the rights-holder goes so many years without making a film. And given that every X-Men movie and spin-off film has been successful—some more so than others—it seems very unlikely to me that they’ll ever go any significant period without mounting another production.
